WholyFit Christian Alternative to Yoga Basics is a 55-60 minute workout including 15 minute warmup, 15
minutes standing and 30 minutes matwork.
Warmup and Standing exercises are accompanied by Scripture memorization
of verses from Romans (Present your bodies a living sacrifice) and Galatians (Putting on the Fruit of the Spirit). Matwork
includes core work, deep flexibility work, strengthening, stress management and restoration.
